GENERAL INFORMATION
Four days of retreat in Cielo Arriba, a unique place immersed in the heart of the Elqui Valley. Retreat and healing center on the banks of the Cochiguaz River, surrounded by imposing Andean peaks and under one of the clearest night skies on the planet.
Attendees will participate in daily yoga practices led by Gonzalo Reyes, who will also introduce us to the magical world of the Bhagavad Gita (sacred text of India), through two sessions of reading and conversation by the river every morning.
In addition, tparticipants will enjoy delicious vegetarian preparations and participate in a sonotherapy session performed with quartz bowls. There will be free time to use the facilities of the place, ideal for relaxing and connecting with the environment. They will also have the possibility of hiking through landscapes little intervened by man and surrounded by the imposing peaks of the Andes.
Additionally, the participants will be able to carry out optional activities such as horseback riding, guided walks, massages and reiki sessions (not included in the price of the program).
